Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through the website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is applicable only for selected edible products such as Chatpat Candy, Imli Laddu, Hing Goli, and Anardana Goli.
  2. Return eligibility and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, customers must self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:
  • Damaged or tampered packaging
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing item in an order
  • Expired or near-expiry product received
  1. Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

  • Food items must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed condition.
  • Products with opened seals, broken packaging, or signs of consumption will not be accepted due to hygiene and food safety reasons.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with labels intact.
  • Taste preference or flavor liking is not considered a valid reason for return.
  • Minor variations in color, taste, or shape due to natural ingredients are not considered defects.
  • Return/Exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
